About the Business
Established in 2004 by Neil & Gary Coward, both qualified carpenters, the company goal was simple. Although both Neil & Gary had a great deal of experience in garage door and roller shutter installations prior to establishing their business, South Coast Property Services Ltd was established in 2004 as N.C Carpentry Services Ltd with the intention of concentrating on carpentry services but continuing with the supply and installation of garage doors whilst growing the carpentry business.
Several years later the garage door & roller shutter installations were developing better than expected, so in 2010 the decision was made to rename N.C Carpentry Services Ltd to the current South Coast Property Services Ltd. The Company at this point felt that its carpentry & construction background gave a distinct advantage over its competitors in that it could offer carpentry, structural alterations and product installation, all within one point of contact.
