Our helpdesk is based in our Midlands head office and with this single point of contact Mercian can organise a personal, local and rapid response to all emergency door breakdowns for all products in any location. Mercian is approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) for the maintenance and repair of doors and shutters in accordance with LPS 1197.
